  1. Can I exchange sizes?

    Yes, you can arrange for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. It must be unwashed and only worn once to try on.

  2. Can I get a refund?

    We’re so sorry that you didn’t have a good experience with our products. Unfortunately, we do not usually accept refunds. You can request for an exchange if the product doesn’t fit you or if it is damaged.

  3. Can I arrange for self pick-up or Grab/Lalamove/MrSpeedy delivery?

    Yes, you can reach out to us via email at hello@bossmama.my or WhatsApp us to arrange for purchase and delivery.

  4. Do you do international shipping?

    If you are located in Brunei, we currently have a sole distributor from which you can buy our Boss Mama products directly. You can reach out to Nadia at +673 871 5798 via WhatsApp here to make a purchase directly.

    For other countries, we ship internationally but the cost of shipping is covered by customers. If you’d like to place an international order, please email us via hello@bossmama.my or WhatsApp us.

  5. How can I pay for my order?

    Boss Mama accepts all major debit and credit cards and online banking. We also provide installment payment plans with Split. Simply choose your preferred payment option at checkout.

    You can also do a bank transfer to our account, so please reach out to us via hello@bossmama.my or WhatsApp for us to process your order manually.

  6. How long does delivery take?

    4-7 working days, depending on your location. Please prepare for longer delivery times if you are located outside Malaysia.

  7. I received the wrong order! Can I get a free exchange?

    We’re so sorry you received the wrong products! Yes, you can deliver your order back to us and we will refund your shipping cost and send you your original order for free.

  8. My item arrived damaged! What should I do?

    We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Please let us make it right. Do reach out to us and we will be more than happy to process a replacement order. You can deliver the damaged item(s) back to us and we will refund you the shipping cost. We will send you a new order once we have received the damaged item(s).

  1. I’m not a mom. Can I still purchase Boss Mama products?

    Of course you can! Our Real-Support Bra is great for all-day wear, including for light exercise. Our SlimShape Bengkung and Hourglass Corset is perfect for instant slimming and lumbar & back support.

  2. I’m pregnant, but I want to purchase the SlimShape Bengkung now. Can I pre-purchase it?

    Yes, we will issue you a coupon code that you can redeem after you have given birth. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift card at the same price of the SlimShape Bengkung as a present to yourself in the future! You can also do the same for all our other products.


  3. Is the SlimShape Bengkung/Hourglass Corset suitable for C-section moms?

    The SlimShape Bengkung is suitable for c-section moms as early as 3 weeks after delivery. However, the Hourglass Corset is recommended for moms who have given birth over ~3 months ago and/or have ‘graduated’ from the SlimShape Bengkung.


  4. Is there padding in the bra?

    No, it doesn’t have breast pads but it is double-layered to increase nipple coverage. You can always use nursing pads to soak up excess milk, which will also give extra nipple coverage. Alternatively, if you have your own breast pads, you can simply slip them under the first layer of the bra! 

  5. Is the bra wireless?

    Yes, there is no underwire in the bra. Instead, the underbust band is thick and strong enough to provide excellent support while being soft enough to adapt to your changing body. We omitted the wire as it may be uncomfortable for pregnant and nursing mothers, which might affect breast milk production.
